Packaged Systems

Packaged Pump Systems are one of FURA’s specialties.  Your system requirements may be for domestic water, storm water, wastewater, process water, etc.  Whatever, the case FURA can help you with your requirements.  We can provide full system packages based on flow, head, power, media being pumped, existing, non-existing, etc.

Examples of Domestic Water Booster Systems:

• These systems are built as skid packages.  They can include the following:

  • Suction and Discharge Headers
  • Check Valves
  • Isolation Valves

  • Thermal Reliefs
  • Controls Package
  • Pressure Transducer

• These systems are sold as packages or individual components.  They can include the following:
  • Pumps
  • Motors
  • Floats
  • Pump Basin Covers
  • Pump Covers
  • Controls

Systems are of either a stock product or custom designed and built to your specifications.  Systems can be built to monitor various points, such as flow, pressure, harmful gases, etc.  Controls can be built as constant speed, soft start or using variable frequency drives.  All controls packages are designed to have alarm functions.  In the event of alarms there will be a alarm log to document system faults.

Pump packages can be built from a simplex one pump operation to a complex multi-pump skid package.   We have completed skid packages from fractional horsepower condensate and chemical feed systems all the way to three hundred horsepower multi-pump booster skid packages.

As stated these systems can be built as custom packages.  Materials and equipment from every aspect can be designed for economical purposes all the way to the most complex applications requiring exotic materials and specialty pumps, motors and controls.  We can design packages with Stainless Steel pumps, motors and piping.  Standard piping options are PVC, Black Steel, Hot Dipped Galvanized, depending on the Code for the required application.
